These prices are inclusive of VAT. Special prices including late availability, bank holidays, Christmas, Easter and Valentine's Day are available upon request.

A minimum number of 60 guests is required for Friday and Saturday weddings. Smaller weddings can be accommodated during the week or for a supplement on Fridays and Saturdays.

Q1. WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE AT THE MILL ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?.

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE MILL FROM 10AM ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT

Q2. CAN WE DROP ANYTHING OFF THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING?

ACCESS IS FROM 10AM ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. IF THERE ISN'T AN EVENT ON THE DAY BEFORE YOU MAY BE ABLE TO DROP THINGS OFF PROVIDING THIS HAS BEEN PRIOR ARRANGED

Q3. WHAT IS MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS AT THE VENUE?

THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS THE VENUE CAN HOLD IS 180. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER FOR A SEATED THREE COURSE WEDDING BREAKFAST IS 120 GUESTS, LARGER GROUPS UP TO 180 WOULD BE MORE INFORMAL DINING (BUFFET STYLE)

Q5. WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO FINISH THE PARTY?

LAST ORDERS AT THE BAR IS 11.30PM, GUESTS SHOULD BE LEFT BY MIDNIGHT.

Q6. CAN MY SUPPLIERS COME TO VENUE BEFOREHAND TO LOOK AROUND?

WE WILL HAVE A PREFERRED LIST OF LOCAL WEDDING SUPPLIERS WHO WILL KNOW THE VENUE AND THE TEAM AT HAARLEM MILL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE YOUR OWN SUPPLIERS WE WILL HAPPILY MEET WITH THEM BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY.

Q7. CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERER?

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WE OFFER CONSISTENTLY HIGH STANDARD OF CATERING, AND THEREFORE ONLY OFFER OUR OWN EXCELLENT IN HOUSE CATERING TEAM.

Q8. CAN WE HAVE A MENU TASTING SESSION?

WE OFFER GROUP TASTING EVENINGS WHICH GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THE VENUE, THE FOOD AND THE DRINK. THESE WILL BE TICKETED EVENTS FOR WHICH DATES WILL BE RELEASED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

q9.DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

YES, AS LONG AS WE KNOW IN ADVANCE.

q10. CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN WINE?

WINE AND CHAMPAGNE MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH HAARLEM MILL. IF THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIFIC YOU WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOUR GUESTS WHICH ISN'T ON OUR WINE LIST WE WILL BE HAPPY TO TRY AND SOURCE IT ON YOUR BEHALF. WE HAVE THREE DRINK'S PACKAGES TO SUIT DIFFERENT BUDGETS AND TASTES.

q11. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS, BUT ONE THING TO CONSIDER IS THE COST OF THE REGISTRARSHOULD YOU WISH TO GET MARRIED AT HAARLEM. THIS WILL BE DOWN TO THE CLIENT TO ARRANGE.

q12. WHAT PARKING IS AVAILABLE?

THERE IS PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE FOR APPROXIMATELY 50 CARS ON SITE. GUESTS WANTING TO LEAVE CARS SHOULD HAVE THE PRIOR ARRANGED AND ALL CARS MUST BE REMOVED BY 9AM PROMPT THE FOLLOWING DAY.

q13. CAN WE HAVE A LIVE BAND?

YES

q14. DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATION ON SITE?

THERE IS NO ACCOMMODATION ON SITE, BUT THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE OF HOTELS, BED AND BREAKFASTS, GUEST HOUSES AND HOLIDAY RENTALS TO SUITE EVERY BUDGET. THERE IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIST ON OUR WEBSITE.

q15. WHAT HAPPENS ABOUT DECORATING THE ROOM?

YOU ARE FREE TO COME ON THE MORNING OF YOUR WEDDING TO DECORATE THE ROOMYOURSELVES. ALTERNATIVELY WE CAN DO THIS FOR YOU, WE JUST ASK FOR YOU TO LEAVEEVERYTHING CLEARLY LABELLED SO WE CAN MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS SET OUT JUST HOW YOU LIKEIT. SHOULD THE VENUE BE AVAILABLE THE DAY BEFORE WE WOULD BE HAPPY FOR YOU TO COME ANDDECORATE AT A PRE ARRANGED TIME.

q16. ARE THERE ANY AREAS OUTSIDE FOR PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES?

WE WOULD ENCOURAGE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER TO VISIT THE VENUE PRIOR TO THE WEDDING AND ADVISE ON THIS. PREVIOUS WEDDING CLIENTS HAVE USED THE RURAL LANDSCAPE AS THE BACK DROP, ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO FORMAL AREAS SPECIFICALLY FOR PHOTOS. THERE ARE MANY LOCAL BEAUTY SPOTS THAT YOU CAN EASILY ACCESS BY GOING OFF SITE WHILST YOUR GUESTS ENJOY CANAPÉS AND DRINKS HERE.

q.17 Do YOU HAVE A CARD MACHINE?

Yes, we have two card machines which can be used on the bar when buying your drinks.
